There’s a lot of important information that EA has released recently, let’s talk about the new FIFA 22 trailer and what we can expect or what we know far that has been confirmed by EA in FIFA 22. there’s a lot of interesting news regarding pro clubs primarily and other game modes and the overall game engine. it’s going to be interesting to break down some of these leaks and we’re going to be looking at all the new information that EA has released for us. let’s take a look at all the pro clubs changes that are looking very possible as of right now. without saying too much more, let’s get into it!
#1 Game Engine
Starting with one of the biggest things that EA has released. EA has gone and scrapped the frostbite game engine, they’re introducing their very own hyper motion technology meant to replace the frostbite game engine. what information do they have to offer for us on this hyper motion? it’s meant to be revolutionizing football gameplay. As you can see in a quote from the FIFA 22 Pro Club trailer below, EA is trying to make this game a lot more realistic. we’ve all want the game to be as realistic as possible, especially since the whole point of next-gen is realism. they have the game feel as real as possible.
Advanced 11v11 Match Capture – “Xsens suits enable motion capture from 22 professional footballers at high intensity for the first time the resulting unprecedented volume of high quality real human movement data. powers how individuals teams move across FIFA 22.”
#2 Revamped Player Growth System
EA quotes: “a new player growth system that puts you in control of your virtual pros development.” if you see the optimistic side is that could mean you accomplish 10 finesse shots from outside the box, then you’ll get a bronze badge for finesse shots. for example, achieve 20, you get silver; achieve 50, you get gold or possibly some FIFA 22 PC Coins. like you’ve seen more and more on FUT, with EA shifting towards more objective-based things, maybe this could make its way towards pro clubs, where you achieve certain objectives and you get rewarded by it. it could also mean possibly the introduction of team-based training where you and your fellow friends jump in the lobby and you head to the training ground, practicing shots, passing, goalkeeping, defending. however, on the not-so-optimistic side is telling me, this probably means some more traits that you’re going to get on the skill tree.
#3 Streamlined Social Play
The second point is the all-new streamlined social play. this could mean three different things – the first and most hopeful of which is cross-play. with the new ps5 and Xbox being more powerful than ever, crossplay is a possibility. that way you have way more clubs on at the same time. more players active on drop-ins, the ability to friendly more and more teams. the second possibility is whenever you jump in a club, you can see how many clubs are on at the same time whether they’re searching or not, how many numbers they have. and the third is a new engine. these three factors mean less time in the lobby, equals less time on pro clubs, which equals more people buying FIFA 22 Coins.
#4 New Ways To Customize
The Fourth is new customization options to make your club stand out in the stands and on the pitch. we already know that career mode is doing something similar. as you’re going to have way more options to create and customize a club, also a side note: career mode as said by EA is getting an overhauled player career experience. it looks like you’re going to have more ways to progress achieve and immerse yourself as stated by EA. so could this link to the brand new pro club’s player development system? possibly. it’s looking like EA is doing a lot more with customization now. new customization could also mean objective-based things like earning FUT 22 Coins.
#5 Hyper Motion & Goalkeeper Rewrite
You’ve seen on EA’s page, the hyper motion will be brought across every mode in FIFA 22, bringing us greater game flow, more realistic animations. it looks like the gameplay in general is getting a revamp. The second quickfire point is the goalkeeper rewrite, unlocking more reliable shot-stopping and smarter decision-making between the posts. if you’re a pro club gk, it looks like you’re going to get some new animations, possibly affecting the way that you dive, your reflexes, the way that you position yourself.
